摘要:本文采用矩形缝隙模拟构型研究X100管线钢在鹰潭土壤模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为。利用自制的Ag/AgCI微型电极测定缝隙内不同位置的电极电位及氯离子溶度,研究材料在缝内的腐蚀倾向。实验结果表明:在腐蚀时间120h内,浸泡时间的延长,缝内电极电位逐渐减小并趋于平缓;缝内氯离子浓度在缝隙底端逐渐增加,且增加幅度由缝口到封底逐渐增大,缝底氯离子浓度可以达到模拟溶液氯离子浓度的3倍。缝内腐蚀产物为铁的氧化物或氢氧化物。

X100 pipeline steel in acidic soil simulation solution
of crevice corrosion research

Abstract: The crevice corrosion behavior was studied by using crack model of X100 pipeline steel in Yingtan simulated solution. The corrosion tendency in crevice was investigated through measuring the chlorine ion solubility gap in different position. Results show that within the corrosion cycle of 120 h, the electrode potentialin the seam decreased over time, while the chloride ion concentration in the seam increased gradually,and the chloride ion concentration at slot bottom reached the largest, being 3 times as that of the chlorine ion concentration of the simulated solution .
