波峰焊机用平面感应电磁泵的研究与设计

摘要:本文从平面感应式电磁泵的原理出发,结合波峰焊机特点,考虑影响感应式电磁泵磁感应强度的因素,设计制造了平面型感应电磁泵,并对液态金属的流动速度、泵沟高度和线圈绕组的布置方式对磁感应强度的影响进行了分析。结果表明:在较小的压差范围内,液态金属的流动速度的变化对所需磁感应强度影响较大。适当增加泵沟高度,有利于减小所需的磁感应强度。不同绕组的布置方式所需的外加磁感应强度大小基本相同,可根据实际需要选择。本文的研究结果可为相关人员进行平面感应电磁泵的设计和制造提高理论指导。

Abstract:A planar inductive electromagneticpump was designed and manufactured according to the principle of inductiveelectromagnetic pump, combining with the characteristics of the wave solderingmachine and considering the factors affecting the magnetic induction intensity.The influence of the flow velocity of metal liquid, the height of the pumpditch and the winding arrangement for the magnetic induction intensity wereanalyzed. The results reveal that under the small pressure, the outer magneticinduction intensity was greatly affected by the change of the liquid metal flowvelocity. The required magnetic induction intensity was reduced byappropriately increasing the heigh of the pump ditch. The required magneticinduction intensity is basically the same under the different arrangement ofthe winding. The winding arrangement can be chosen by the actual needs. Theresults of this study can provide the theoretical guidance for the relevantdesign and manufacture.
