摘要本文以某厂φ100Assel轧管机组为研究对象,通过有限元模拟的方法来定量分析27SiMn钢管的轧制变形过程演变规律,解析穿孔变形过程中各个时段的应力、应变的变化规律,为合理27SiMn钢管轧管工艺优化、指导生产奠定了理论基础。

Abstract The deformationrules of the stress and strain of piecing and rolling of tubes were explored withφ100 Assel pipemill as the research object. The finite elementsimulation method can be used to effectively analyze the deformation rules of 27SiMnsteel pipe in rolling process. The quantitative description of 27SiMn steeltube’s deformation in piercing and rolling process may provide theoretical referencefor the reasonable optimization of 27SiMn steel pipe production process in realpractice.
