含铌铁矿粉气基还原脱硫研究

本文实验研究了白云鄂博含铌铁矿粉气基选择性还原、熔分富集铌过程中硫的脱除。在本实验条件下含铌铁矿粉中硫通过气化还原和真空熔分过程可以很好脱除其中在气基选择性还原过程硫以H2S形式气化脱除最佳脱硫条件是还原温度950、氢气流量60 L/h还原时间2 h在真空熔分过程硫以FeS形式进入铁相与富铌渣分离实验得到硫最佳脱除率可达到99.79%

AbstractThe removal sulfur methods were explored experimentally in the processof hydrogen selective reduction of Bayan obo iron ore fines containing niobium andin process of the vacuum melting iron for the enrichment of niobium slag. Underthe condition of this experiment, thesulfur of iron ore powder was nearly all removed by both processes of the hydrogenreduction and the vacuum melting.In the hydrogenselective reduction process ,thesulfur escaped in the form of H2S gas, with the optimumconditions for desulfurization being as follows:thereduction temperature of 950, hydrogen flow rate 60 L/h, reaction time 2h.In the vacuum melting process, the sulfur escapes in the form of FeS from niobium rich slag and goes into the melting iron. The best sulfur removalrate reached 99.97%.
