大开洞率框架结构的动力性能研究

摘要:经济的发展迫使某些建筑物的功能发生改变,建筑的改造加固问题普遍存在。较为常见的是通过楼板开洞等方式对原有建筑物作各种改造,由此带来切断原有传力路径和配筋、洞口周边板内力增大、承载力降低等弊端,出现了许多超规范的结构[1]。本文通过某工程实例,对楼板开洞改造的受力情况进行了计算分析,利用PKPM软件计算六种不同开洞率的框架结构,依托PKPM的程序—SATWE,对该建筑建立了空间有限元模型,分析了洞口大小和位置的改变引起该结构各参数的变化,并在此基础上研究了相关参数的变化对结构的影响。本文通过计算分析,得到了开洞率不宜超过20%的结论,为结构设计提供了参考建议。
Research on the dynamicperformance of frame structure with large opening rate

Abstract:With thedevelopment of economy,there have been existing some common problems in the constructionof the reinforcement, such as floor opening. All kinds of transformation are neededbecause of the change of the function.Through an engineering example, thestress of floor opening transformation was analyzed, and six kinds of framestructure under different ratio of holes were calculated by using PKPM software.Based on finite element program SATWE of PKPM, the finite element model of the architecturewas established. The effect of hole position on various parameters of thestructure was analyzed by changing the size of the hole,and the impact ofchanges of structure parameters on structure was discussed,too. The result ofcalculation and analysis shows that the opening rate should not be larger than20%, providing suggestions for structure design.
