概率断裂力学在吊车梁寿命评估中的应用

摘要:为了提高吊车梁寿命评估的精度,将概率统计引入评估之中。介绍了概率断裂力学(PFM)的原理,阐明了其计算流程,并推导出对应的计算公式,给出了寿命与可靠度的关系。同时应用概率断裂力学对服役中的吊车梁的疲劳寿命进行评估,得出吊车梁在循环载荷作用下的剩余疲劳寿命。

Abstract:Theprobability statistics was introduced in evaluation in order to improve theprecision of the evaluation on life of crane beam.Theprinciple of Probabilistic Fracture Mechanics(PFM)was introduced,too,with thecalculation process of PFM discussed.The corresponding formulas was derived andthe relationship between life and reliability was given.Meanwhile,the fatiguelife of the in-service crane beam was evaluated by using PFM.The residual fatigue life of the crane beam under thealternating load was obtained.
