PEC柱与型钢梁连接节点顶底角钢厚度计算方法研究

摘要:部分包裹混凝土柱( PEC柱)与型钢梁顶底角钢连接框架设计时,需要确定角钢的厚度和连接的初始刚度,本文利用PEC柱和型钢梁顶底角钢连接节点试验结果,结构中初始连接刚度公式顶底角钢连接抗剪强度公式和抗拉强度公式进行修正,提出了初始连接刚度预估公式和角钢厚度计算公式,公式的计算值与试验值误差在10%之内。

Abstract: It is required to determine the thickness of the angle and theinitial rigidity of frame connection in frame design of the partially encasedconcrete columnsPEC and steel beams connecting thetop-seat angle. Based on the experimental results on PEC column and steel beamsjoints connecting the top-seat angle, the initial rigidity formula, the formulafor shear strength and tensile strength of steel frame were adjusted combined with the test value. Theformulas were drawn for the angle steel thickness and the initial connectionrigidity estimation. The error of the calculated formula value and theexperimental value is within 10%.
