双圆中空夹层钢管轻集料混凝土轴压短柱
极限承载力计算与分析*

摘要：为计算双圆中空夹层钢管轻集料混凝土轴压短柱极限承载力，将外钢管视为薄壁圆筒，应用统一强度理论分析其各向应力，得到外钢管对核心混凝土的水平侧压力；结合核心轻集料混凝土的强度准则，计算内、外钢管约束作用下核心混凝土的受压极限应力；将内、外钢管和核心混凝土三部分承载力叠加，得出圆中空夹层钢管轻集料混凝土轴压短柱的极限承载力理论计算公式。ANSYS有限元模拟与分析结果表明：轴压短柱承载力计算结果与理论公式吻合较好，外钢管径厚比、混凝土强度等参数对极限承载力影响较大。
Bearing Capacity Calculation and Analysis for Axially-loadedLightweight Concrete Filled Double Round Skin Short Tubes

Abstract:To calculate the ultimate bearing capacity foraxially-loaded lightweight concrete filled double round skin short tubes, regardingthe inner and outer pipe as the thin cylinder, the unified strength theory was appliedfor the stress analysis of each of the inner and outer pipe to obtain thelateral pressure of core concrete by outside pipe; combined with the breakagecriterion of core lightweight aggregate concrete ,the limit stress of corelightweight aggregate concrete under three-way pressure of internal /externalpipe and axial compression were calculated ; overlaping the three parts of thestress from the inside of the pipe, outside of the pipe, and core concrete , theultimate capacity calculation formula was drawn for the axially-loadedlightweight concrete filled double round skin short tubes. The results of FEMmodeling calculation were compared with that of the theoretical formulas tocalculate the value of comparative analysis, showing that the theoreticalformula is applicable. Diameter thickness ratio of steel tube and concretestrength have great influence on the ultimate bearing capacity.
