基于workbench的开卷机瞬态动力学分析

摘要:目前对开卷机进行瞬态动力学分析的主要方法为将卷筒及主轴组合为一个实体模型来进行有限元分析,该方法忽略了各接触之间的摩擦,其分析结果无法准确描述开卷机在起动时主轴及扇形板的应力与时间的关系。本文模拟主轴及扇形板在真实工况下的接触行为,用workbench对开卷机主轴及扇形板进行瞬态动力学分析。仿真结果表明,各部件的强度均满足设计要求。应用该方法结果表明,在无需将模型等效简化的情况下,能够一次性方便快捷的得到主轴及扇形板应力分布云图及应力与时间关系曲线图,从而提高了分析效率而且分析更符合实际工况。

Abstract:Atpresent, the main method of analysing the Uncoiler transient dynamic is tocombine the main shaft and the segment into one entity model for finite elementanalysis.However, this method ignores the friction between the contact ,and theanalysis result can't accurately describe the uncoiler when starting the mainshaft and the segment plate ‘s stress with time. Herein, the spindle andfan-shaped plate in the real working conditions of the contact behavior were simulatedusing workbench on the main shaft and the segment flate of transient dynamicanalysis. The simulation results show that, all parts of the strength meet thedesign requirements. Application results show that without the need to simplifythe model, the figure of the main shaft and segment of total deformation andvon- Mises stress map can be conveniently obtained by using this method , both improvingthe analysis efficiency and making the analysis more aligned with the actualworking condition.
