摆式剪切机的正反转运动学仿真分析

摘要:现场摆式剪切机的剪切机构采用减速器逆时针(从传动侧方向观察机架)转动进行
轧件剪切,由于上刀台在摆架滑槽内滑动,会使摆架滑槽内一侧的铜板磨损。为提高摆式剪切机铜板的使用寿命,设想将曲轴驱动改为顺时针反转以改变成另一侧磨损来延长检修周期。改变转向对机构运动影响如何是值得探讨的。利用ADAMS运动学仿真软件,进行摆式剪切机正反转时各构件的运动状态模拟,将反转与正转作比较分析,研究调整偏心曲轴转向对剪切运动效果的影响。

Abstract:The seing-type plate shear runs by the counter clockwise rotation throughthe speed reducer to carry out shear rolling in the factory (under the observationof the the housing from the transmission direction), in which the knifeplatform in the pendulum chute sliding will make one side of the copper platein the pendulum chute sliding wear. In order to improve the service life of thecopper of the swing-type plate shear ,the method of changing the crankshaftdrive into clockwise reversal and into the other side abrasion was adopted forthe extention of the maintenance cycle. It is worthwhile to discuss theinfluence of the change of the motion direction. By using the simulationsoftware ADAMS, the motion state of each member of swing-type plate shear for positiveand reversal rotation were simulated, the analytical results were compared ,and its effect on shear performance was studied by adjusting the directing of theeccentric crankshaft steering .
