摘要:包钢万腾120t转炉是根据包钢原有100t转炉进行优化设计后重新设计而成的,对炉体部分进行了优化设计修改,托圈及连接装置仍然采用100t转炉托圈的设计形式,由于炉体尺寸发生了变化,故相应的空炉的炉体重心、增加炉液后的整体重心及倾翻力矩都产生了变化,如何保证新设计的炉体运行安全可靠,这就需要对扩容后的炉体与托圈的连接装置进行计算,并利用有限元方法分析校核托圈与转炉连接装置,以便能够保证设备安全运行。

Abstract: The design of Wanteng 120t converter of Baotou Iron and Steel(Group) Co.isbased on the optimization of the original 100t converter of Baotou Steel. Somechanges were made on the furnace body and the design of trunnion ring andconnecting devices is the same as that of 100t converter. Since the change of furnacesize, the center of gravity of the respective empty furnace, the overall centerof gravity of the furnace with increased liquid steel and its overturningmoment were also changed. The safe and reliable operation of the newly designedfurnace requires calculation related to the connecting devices that connect thefurnace body and the trunnion ring, and the finite element analysis method wasused to analyze and double-check the connecting device between the trunnionring and the converter to ensure safe operation of the equipment.
