首钢迁钢板坯连铸机下渣检测系统的应用

摘要:首钢迁钢炼钢厂板坯连铸机钢水浇铸中,下渣检测采用电磁方法来检测钢液的下渣信号,环绕在水口周围的线圈在钢液中产生涡流并检测电磁场,因为渣子的导电率大约只有金属的1/1000,因此渣子中产生较少的感应电流来改变电磁场,这种改变引起检测电压的改变,意味着钢液能和渣区别开来。采用了下渣检测系统后,浇铸钢坯质量明显提升,为迁钢实现浇铸高品质板材提供了可能。

AbstractThe slag detection of steel slab caster in Shougang Qianansteelmaking plant was carried out using electromagnetic method to detect thesignal of liquid steel slag. The electromagnetic field generated from the coiloutlet around the eddy in liquid steel could be detected because theconductivity of lag is only about one-thousandth 1/1000 that of the metal,resulting in less slag-induced current for the change of the electromagneticfield. This change in electromagnetic field can also be detected in voltagechanges, meaning that the molten steel and slag can be distinguished. Thequality of casting billet was significantly improved by using the slagdetection system, providing thte posibility for Qiangang to achieve the goal ofcasting high quality plate.
