中厚板控制冷却过程冷却速度研究

摘要:随着控制技术的发展,中厚板冷却过程冷却路径控制成为获得产品目标性能的重要方法。冷却速度是冷却路径控制时的重要控制参数。本文通过数值模拟计算钢板控制冷却过程温度变化,得到钢板冷却过程中冷却速度值,分析了钢板厚度、冷却水水流密度、钢板开冷温度、终冷温度和冷却水温度对钢板冷却速度的影响。根据冷却参数对冷却速度的影响规律,在控制冷却中进行冷却参数的控制,提高控制冷却过程中冷却速度的控制精度。

Abstract:The cooling curve control ofthe plate cooling process is an important method to get the wanted property ofthe steel production with the development of control technology. Thetemperature curves of the plate during cooling process were obtained by numericalsimulation, and the cooling rate of the plate was calculated. The effect ofplate thickness, water flow density, start cooling temperature, stop coolingtemperature and water temperature were analyzed. The cooling rate can becontrolled following the simulation results.
