摘要:结合高牌号无取向硅钢和高磁感取向硅钢的产品特性和生产工艺特点,开发出了符合20辊轧机产线生产要求的单机架冷轧工艺动态数据分析系统。该系统通过将轧机自动化系统采集可逆轧制过程中所有道次的有效信息进行高效融合,然后集中展现,使得该系统具有数据监控,生产过程及工艺分析、优化等功能,采用数据挖掘技术分析其中隐藏的工艺规律,提供最优化的工艺控制参数。实践应用表明:该系统自投入使用以来对生产管理和工艺优化提供了极大的支持,有效地提高产线的质量和产量。

Abstract:In combination with the product features and the productionprocess characteristics of the high grade non-oriented silicon steel and thehigh magnetic induction grain-oriented silicon steel of high grades,theproduction dynamic data analysis system for single stand cold rolling process wasdeveloped, which meets the requirements of the 20 high rolling mill productionline.The system acquisition of the reversible rolling process ofrolling mill automation is an effective blend of effective information for all ,and then a showcase, making the system possess data monitoring, production andprocess analysis, optimization, and other functions. By using data miningtechnology ,the hidden rule of the process was analyzed and the optimizedparameters of process control were provided.Practical resultshows that great support was provided for production management and processoptimization by the application of the system , effectively improving theoutput and quality of the production line.
