12.医用镁合金沉积羟基磷酸钙的腐蚀性研究*

摘要镁合金与人体的生物相容性较好,可作为医用生物的可降解材料,非常多的受到了国内外医学研究者的重视。本文采用电沉积法,以硝酸钙和磷酸二氢铵为电沉积工作液制备预沉积层,然后进行热浸处理,得到最终的羟基磷酸钙膜层,用以提升镁合金的抗腐蚀能力。采用体外浸泡实验,进行4个周期的观察,得到腐蚀形貌图以及腐蚀速率,从而说明膜层有效的提高了镁合金的耐腐蚀性

AbstractMagnesiumalloy has good biocompatibility with human body, and as a medical biodegradablematerial, it has attracted extensive attention at home and abroad. Hereinusing electrodeposition method, the magnesiumalloy surface hydroxy calcium phosphate film layer was prepared after hot dipprocessing, with calcium nitrate and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as workingliquid for the preparation of electrodeposition sediments.Hydroxy calciumphosphate coatings are used to improve the corrosion resistance of magnesiumalloy. The corrosion morphology was observed and corrosion rate was obtained bysoaking experiment in four cycle diagram,indicating that the film layer effectively improves the corrosion resistance ofmagnesium alloys.
