摘要:采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察铸态6016铝合金组织及第二相的形貌及分布,并利用软件统计分析晶粒的大小;采用电化学方法富集合金中析出相粉末,结合X射线衍射仪鉴定合金中第二相的类型及结构,结合激光粒度仪分析第二相混合粉末的粒度分布。结果表明:合金中包含Si、Al8FeMg3Si6、Mg2Si、Al5FeSi四种第二相,具有不同形貌,分布于晶界处和晶内,这些第二相粉末的粒度集中在6~20 um范围内,平均粒径大约12um。
Research on microstructure and secondphases in 6016 aluminum alloy

Abstract: Themicrostructure and second phases in as-cast 6016 aluminum alloy were investigatedby means of optical microscopy(OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and particle size analysis. The results indicate thatthe grain size of the alloy rangs from 15um to 111um, andtheir average is about 53um.The microstructure of the as-cast 6016 aluminumalloy mainly consists of the dendritic network of phases such as Al5FeSi,Al8FeMg3Si6,Siand Mg2Si,which has a mean size of about 12.65um.
