06.宝钢用钼精矿在AOD直接合金化过程中挥发性研究

摘要:采用FactSage计算、DSC-TG分析和SEM-EDS分析等方法对AOD直接合金化用钼精矿的挥发性进行了分析,同时对挥发后的钼精矿进行了EDS分析。结果表明,钼矿中钼的氧化物以MoO3的形式挥发,而MoO2的挥发速率较低,但在空气气氛中MoO2很容易被氧化为MoO3,同时,粒度对钼矿的挥发影响也较大,颗粒越大挥发越慢。熔渣在1318.39℃时液相量达到了98.33%CaOMoO3可生成CaMoO4,在有熔渣或CaO存在的条件下,熔渣或CaO能够有效的抑制钼氧化物的挥发。

Abstract: The volatility of AOD directalloying with molybdenum concentrate was analyzed using FactSage calculation,DSC-TG, SEM-EDS and other methodsand an ESD analysis of molybdenum concentrate aftervolatilization was carried out.The results show that Molybdenum in molybdenummineral volatiles as molybdenum trioxide, and molybdenum dioxide was oxidizedto molybdenum trioxide in air atmosphere because the volatilization rate ofmolybdenum dioxide is lower. At the same time, the volatilization of molybdenummineral could be affected greatly under the influence of particle size. Thelarge the particle size is, the lower the volatilization rate is. The amount ofslag in liquid phase reached 98.33% at 1318.39;calcium oxide andmolybdenum trioxide can generation calcium molybdate.At the existence of slagor calcium oxidethe volatilization of molybdenum oxide could be inhibited by slag or calcium oxide effectively.
