摘要:以H型坯连铸中间包为研究对象,采用FLUENT软件建立三维几何模型,模拟研究了H型坯连铸中间包内钢液的混合特性,利用正交实验单指标直观分析和方差分析法分析了中间包导流孔
参数对中间包钢液平均停留时间、中间包内死区及活塞区体积分数的影响,并采用多指标综合分析法分析确定了中间包综合性能最优的导流孔参数选取方案。

Abstract:With H-beam blank continuous casting mould as the research object, the FLUENT software was adopted to build three dimensional geometry model and simulate the mixing characteristic in the tundish for H-beam blank continuous casting. The influence of flow-guiding bore parameters on the mean residual time of steel, dead volume friction and plug volume friction in the tundish were analyzed by using single target direct-viewing and variance orthogonal analysis method. Furthermore, the scheme for the optimization of flow-guiding bore parameters was obtained using the mult-target direct-viewing method.
