‍20.吸收式热泵在循环水余热利用中的应用研究

摘要:为了有效回收工业生产过程中产生的大量余热,降低能源消耗及热污染,对包头市某集团循环水系统进行了改造,采用吸收式热泵对循环水系统的余热进行了有效回收并用于周围建筑物冬季供暖。工业余热与建筑供热的有效结合,实现了企业开式循环冷却水系统向闭式系统的转变,在循环水水质达到控制和保障的同时大大提高了其冷却效果,且满足了周围建筑物的供暖需求。既解决了能源浪费、热污染等问题,又降低了供热能耗,具有较大的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。

Abstract: In order to recovery the large amount of waste heat in industrial production process effectively and reduce energy consumption and thermal pollution, the circulating water system of a group in Baotou was reformed. The absorption heat pump was used to recover the waste heat of the circulating water system for the purpose of heating the surrounding buildings in the winter. Combining the industrial waste heat and building heating, the transformation of the enterprise circulating water system from open cycle to the closed system was realized. The circulating water quality was controlled and ensured, at the same time, its cooling effect was improved greatly , satisfying the heating requirements of the surrounding buildings. In this way, the problems of energy waste and thermal pollution can be solved. More importantly, it also has great economic, environmental and social benefit.
