摘 要:非晶合金Al-Ce-Fe在550℃下进行高温氧化,通过XRD、SEM对Al-Ce-Fe氧化表面形貌、晶化、成分进行研究,对氧化试样的横截面进行显微硬度测量,通过动电位极化扫描测试氧化膜的电化学耐蚀性。实验表明,非晶合金Al-Ce-Fe在550℃高温氧化后氧化膜成分为晶体的Fe2O3、AlFeO3和Al(OH)3。显微硬度随着保温时间延长呈现先增后减的趋势。电化学极化测试结果表明随氧化时间增长,氧化膜抗蚀性下降,其中氧化300 min氧化膜的腐蚀电流密度为4.74E-6A/cm²,氧化600 min后Icorr为2.16E-5A/cm²。
Oxidation and corrosion behavior of Al88Ce8Fe4 amorphous alloy at 550℃

Abstract:Al-Ce-Fe amorphous alloy was oxidized at 550℃. The oxidized films were characterized by XRD and SEM, and the hardness of the oxidized alloys was measured. The electrochemical behavior of the oxide films was investigated by dynamic polarization technique. The results show that a crystalline oxide film consisting ofFe2O3, AlFeO3 and Al (OH) 3 was formed on the alloys surface after high temperature oxidation. The hardness of the alloy initially increased and then decreased with oxidation time. The corrosion resistance of the oxide film decreased with oxidation time, and corrosion current densities of 4.74 E-6 A/cm2 and 2.16 E-5 A/cm2 were measured on the oxide films of the alloys after oxidation for 300 and 600 minutes, respectively.
