10.球磨法制备Al-Ce-Fe非晶/纳米晶合金

摘要在转速150/min、球料质量比为15:1条件下对Al88Ce8Fe4合金粉末进行球磨,采用SEMXRD、激光粒度分析仪观察和分析形貌、粒度以及物相、晶粒尺寸等变化。结果表明:粉末粒

径在球磨过程中随时间延长先增大再减小最后趋于平衡,表面枝状晶粒消失;球磨过程中未出现新物相,晶粒尺寸急剧下降并趋于10-20nm,结晶度持续降低最终在球磨32h形成纳米晶/非晶相。

able mixture of amorphous and nano-crystallized combined particles was generated after the powders were milled for 32 hours.
