摘要.:本实验对06Cr17Ni8Mo2N奥氏体不锈钢经过温度为1000℃,保温1h的固溶处理后,利用摆锤式冲击试验机对不同成分的试验钢进行冲击试验,通过分析其 冲击功变化值和冲击断口形貌,得到增氮降镍对试验钢冲击性能的影响。结果表明,试验钢的冲击功由190.6J提高到247.3J,冲击性能得到了显著的提高。
Effects of increasing nitrogen and reducing nickel on impact property of 06Cr17Ni8Mo2N austenitic stainless steel

Abstract: The experiment on 06Cr17Ni8Mo2N austenitic stainless steel was carried out under the treatment temperature of 1000℃. After the insulation of the treated solution for 1 h, the pendulum impact test machine was utilized to carry out the impacting test on the test steel with different composition. The value of the impact energy change and the appearance of the impact fracture were analyzed, and the effects of the reduced nickel and increased nitrogen on the impact properties of the test steel were obtained. Results show that the impact energy of the test steel was brought up from 190.6 J to 247.3 J, with the impact property raised significantly.
