02.增氮降镍对12Cr18Ni9奥氏体不锈钢耐晶间腐蚀性能的影响

摘要:本实验在12Cr18Ni9奥氏体不锈钢的基础上进行增氮降镍,采用不锈钢硫酸—硫酸铜腐蚀试验法对不同氮含量的试验钢种进行晶间腐蚀试验,分析试验钢的金相组织形貌以及晶间腐蚀

沟的深度,结果表明,试验钢的晶间腐蚀程度随着氮含量的提高显著降低。
