摘要:本文采用高能球磨法制备了3mol%氧化钇稳定的四方多晶氧化锆陶瓷(3Y-TZP)粉体,采用反应烧结法制备陶瓷样品。分别利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、TristarⅡ3020全自动比表面积分析仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、WDW3200微控电子万能试验机和HV-50A型维氏硬度计对陶瓷材料的物相组成、粉体比表面积、显微组织结构、三点弯曲强度和断裂韧性进行表征和检测。结果表明,氢氧化锆经一定温度煅烧后加入3mol%氧化钇和0.25wt%氧化铝混磨,经1450℃烧结后,相组成为单一四方相;粉体比表面积随球磨转速和时间的增加而变大;陶瓷晶粒细小均匀,致密性高;陶瓷样品的三点弯曲强度随粉体比表面积的增加先升高后降低;断裂韧性随比表面积的增加先减小后升高;试样的抗老化性能优良。

Abstract: The 3 mol% yttria-stabilized tetragonal zirconia polycrystalline (3Y-TZP) powders were prepared using the high-energy ball milling method and the ceramics were sintered by the solid reaction method. The phase composition, specific surface area, microstructure, three-point bending strength, fracture toughness of the ceramics materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), BET method, Scanning electron microscopy (SEM),
an Electro-mechanical WDW3200 Universal Testing Machines and an HV-50A Vickers microhardness tester, respectively. The phase composition of the ceramics was consisted of single tetragonal phase. The specific surface area of the powders increased with the increase of the grinding speed and the grinding time. The grain size of ceramics was small and homogeneous, and the density was high. As the specific surface area improves, the three point bending strength increases first increases then decreases, the fracture toughness decreases first and then increases. The sample has excellent aging resistance performance.
