摘要:本文介绍了一种基于压电诱导压力波法(Piezo-electricInduced Pressure Wave Propagation, PIPWP)搭建的空间电荷测量装置,该装置中以压电陶瓷片作为声脉冲发生器的核心部件。结合该测量装置并利用安装在平板硫化机上的圆台形模具,对线性低密度聚乙烯平板样品在施加电场的同时外加静态高压,样品受到的压强可实现从0MPa到100MPa的可调。样品在高压强的作用下被压缩,利用该系统对压缩前后样品中的空间电荷分布和注入情况进行了测量。

Abstract:Aspace charge measurement device based on Piezo-electric Induced Pressure WavePropagation(PIPWP)method was introduced , in which piezo-electric ceramic sheetwas the core component of the acoustic pulse generator. Using the above-indicatedsystem and the steel molds fixed on a vulcanizing press, LLDPEplanar samples are subjected to both electric field and high static pressurewhich is from 0 MPa up to 100 MPa. Samples were compressed by highpressure, and space charge distribution and injection were investigatedsimultaneously.
