摘要:目前聚乙烯(PE)绝缘材料已经广泛地应用于高压输电电缆,但是由于在直流高压条件下,聚合物中容易积累空间电荷。而电极与聚合物的界面对空间电荷的注入特性有重要的影响,因此相关专家和学者使用氟化技术改变PE材料的表层特性,取得了良好的效果。基于已有方法和理论知识,本文提出了一种新的思路,即对半导电电极表面进行氟化,改变电极与PE接触面的电气性质,从而期望达到减少空间电荷注入的效果。可剥离电极和不可剥离电极材料中的EVA含量有所不同。在实验室反应釜中对两种电极表面分别进行氟化,通过扫描电镜观察接触面微观结构变化,然后将电极热帖到PE薄膜表面,并使用激光压力波法测量样品在电场下的电荷注入情况。实验结果显示,可剥离电极与不可剥离电极经过氟化后对空间电荷的注入情况有所不同。

Abstract:At present, polyethylene (PE) insulation material has been widely used inhigh-voltage transmission cable. However, under the condition of DC highvoltage, space charge is easyto accumulate in the polymer. The interfacebetween the electrode and the polymer has a significant impact on the injectioncharacteristics of space charge, therefore, relevant experts and scholars usefluoride technology to change the surface properties of PE materials, andgained excellent achievement. Based on existing method, herein,anew idea wasintroduced thatthe electrical properties of the electrode-PE contact surface can be changedthrough fluorinating the surface of the semi-conductive electrode to reduce thespace charge injection. The EVA content of the strippable electrode and thenon-strippable electrode material are different. Bothof the two kind of electrode surfaces were fluorinated, and the microstructural changes of the contact surfaces were researched throughscanning electron microscopy. The electrode was heated tothe surface of the PE film, and the charge injection of samples under anelectric field was measured usingPressure Wave Propagation(PWP) method. The experimental results show that thespace charge injection situation varied between the stripping electrode andnon-stripping electrode after fluorination.
