摘要: 本实验钢是在 2Cr13 不锈钢基础上,添加氮化合金,使用真空感应炉冶炼不同氮含量的实验钢,采用极化曲线法和交流阻抗法对 2Cr13 不锈钢在 3.5%NaCI 溶液中的耐腐蚀性进行测试,研究氮含量对 2Cr13 不锈钢的耐腐蚀影响;结果表明,加入氮的 2Cr13 不锈钢的点蚀电位升高,自腐蚀电位升高,极化电阻增大,改善了 2Cr13 不锈钢的电化学耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract:The test steel with different nitrogen content were producedby using vacuum induction furnace based on 2Cr13 martensite stainless steel withadding nitride alloy. The polarization curve and AC impedance spectroscopywereused to test the corrosion resistance of 2Cr13 martensiticstainless steelin 3.5% NaClsolution. The relationship between the corrosion resistance of 2Cr13 stainlesssteel and nitrogen content was studied. Result shows that ,with the addition ofnitrogen, the pitting potential of 2Cr13 stainless steel, the self-corrosionpotential, and the polarization resistance were all increased, indicating theimprovement of the electrochemical corrosion resistance of 2Cr13 stainlesssteel.
