摘要: 在实验室利用管式炉模拟高温退火过程,研究Ce对3%Si取向硅钢高温退火后二次再结晶组织及织构的影响。利用金相显微镜观察晶粒尺寸的变化,利用 X 射线衍射( XRD ) ,测定实验钢的宏观织构,分析织构类型及变化规律。实验结果表明:在高温退火时,随着退火温度的升高,晶粒尺寸呈先增大后减小的趋势,Ce有利于高温退火过程中形成尺寸较大的晶粒。高温退火温度为1210℃时晶粒尺寸最大, 含Ce(1#)实验钢平均尺寸在2.21mm,局部有3.25mm的大晶粒出现,不含Ce(2#)实验钢平均晶粒尺寸为1.22mm。 添加Ce 有利于高温退火后高斯织构的形成,选取织构密度范围(2、4、6、8、10)时含 Ce(1#) 实验钢高斯织构密度10.1 在φ1方向偏离约5°, 不 含 Ce(2#) 实验钢高斯织构密度8.0在φ1偏离约20°。Effect of Ce and Nb microalloyingon high temperature annealing of Si-oriented silicon steel

The grain size was observed by metallographic microscope. X-raydiffraction (XRD) was used to determine the macroscopic texture of the samples,and the types of textures and the variation laws were analyzed. Theexperimental results show that the grain size first increases and thendecreases with increasing the annealing temperature, and Ce is favorable forthe formation of large size grains during high temperature annealing, with thelargest grain size obtained at annealing temperature of 1 210 ℃. The averagegrain size of Ce (1 #) test steel is 2.21 mm, the local grain size is 3.25 mm,and the average grain size of 2 # test steel without Ce is 1.22 mm. TheGaussian texture density of Ce (1 #) test steel in the range of texture density(2, 4, 6, 8, 10) is about 5 ° in φ1 direction , And the Gaussian texturedensity (8.0) in the absence of Ce (2 #) is about 20 ° from φ1.
