摘要:现今流行的高炉“炉腹煤气量指数”,其概念不够准确不够科学,计算还需要修正、规范;它虽是一有用参数,但难以替代“冶炼强度”成为评价高炉冶炼状况的重要指标。文献给出的高炉面积利用系数与之间的关系式,在通常情况下是不能成立的,仍为“炉腹煤气量指数”概念缺失所致。按“炉腹煤气量指数”设计高炉炉缸直径的新公式,与以往采用的按冶炼强度设计的公式,实质上是相通的一致的,没有本质区别。

Discussion of Bosh Gas Volume Index of Blast Furnace

Abstract: The concept of recently proposed “bosh gas volume index” is not accurate, the calculation of which needs to be revised and regulated. It is a useful parameter, but it is improper to replace the smelting intensity and become the important index for evaluation of blast furnace smelting. According to the inference, the relation between utilization coefficient of blast furnace area and is not correct. To design blast furnace hearth diameter, the two formulae are consistent according to “bosh gas volume index” and combustion intensity. There is no essential difference.
