摘要:针对W 型辐射管温度分布不均,热应力大(σmax = 182 MPa)等问题,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS 对其进行应力分析,提出一种结构改进方案,通过对改进后应力分布情况对比分析验证了结构改进方案的可行性.

Abstract:In view of the uneven distribution of temperature and large thermal stress(σmax = 182 MPa) of the W - type radiant Tube,the stress analysis was carried out using the finite element analysis method,and on the basis of which ,a structural improvement
scheme was put forward . Contrastive analysis of the stress distribution by means of the improved structure verified the feasibility of the improved scheme.
