摘要:利用ANSYS 软件对某型号混凝土搅拌车副车架的静动态特性进行仿真分析,通过CATIA 软件建立副车架三维实体模型,并导入ANSYS 有限元分析软件进行静力学分析,得到副车架最大应力分布及变形情况后进行拓扑结构优化设计,提出副车架新结构并进行模态分析验证其动态性能,为该型号混凝土搅拌车副车架结构设计提供了一定的指导.

Abstract:The static and dynamic characteristics of concrete mixer's sub-frame was investigated based on ANSYS software.The physical model of the sub-frame was established by CATIA first,then the model was imported into ANSYS to perform a finite element static analysis in order to obtain the distribution of the static stress and deformation as well as topology optimization design. A new sub-frame structure was put forward and modal analysis was carried out to verify the dynamic performance,which is helpful for the structure design of this type of sub-frame.
