摘要:对76. 7 m 大型水平轴风力发电机锥筒式塔筒进行模块化设计,采用分段分瓣结构形式,各瓣塔筒连接板连接,各段采用反向平衡法兰连接,用高强度螺栓紧固.根据塔筒整体应力分布,取模块化塔筒底部反向平衡法兰建立子模型,用有限元软件ABAQUS 对塔筒子模型进行强度分析.结果证明,模块化塔筒强度满足工程要求,保持了设计前塔筒力学特性,为大功率风力发电机塔筒制造、运输、安装优化工艺,降低成本.
