煤矿采区瓦斯抽系统设计及应用

:工作面瓦斯浓度高采用通风方法无法解决,必须建立瓦斯抽系统实施瓦斯抽放针对郑煤集团芦沟煤矿32101采煤工作面瓦斯浓度的情况设计了该采煤工作面的瓦斯抽放系统,具体包括管路敷设路线、管径、瓦斯抽放泵、抽放孔布置及参数以及相应的安全技术措施。应用表明,该瓦斯抽放系统有效的降低了32101工作面的瓦斯涌出量,保证了该采煤工作面的安全生产。

Abstract:Gas drainage system must be established for gas drainage measures when the gas concentration in working face is too high tobe solved by the ventilation method. According to the situation that the gas concentration in 32101 working face of Lu Gou coal mine in Zheng Mei Group is high. Gas drainage system of this working face was designed which included laying pipeline route, diameter of pipe,pump of gas drainage, arrangement and parameters of drainage holes and the corresponding safety technical measures. The application shows that the gas drainage system reduced the gas emission of 32101 working face effectively, and guaranteed the safety production of this working face.
