摘 要：针对包钢万腾钢铁公司1#上料自动控制系统存在结构复杂、控制点多，耦合性强及环境恶劣等特点，提出使用AB公司logix5000系列PLC，充分发挥logix5000 PLC可靠性高、性能优异、扩展性好等优势。实际生产表现稳定、节能。

Abstract：The automatic charging control system of No.1 blast furnace in Wan-teng Iron and Steel Company of Baotou Iron and Steel(Group) Corp.is characterized by complicated structure,multi-controlled points,strong coupling and harsh conditions, and etc. The use of logix5000 PLC controllersfrom AB company was proposed for the project.Their full reliability,high-performance andflexibilitywere achieved, presenting a very stable resultwith energy efficiency in actual.
