15.基于UG的混凝土搅拌车罐体的参数化设计

摘要:根据混凝土搅拌车搅拌叶片的螺旋线理论计算公式,以参数化设计为基础,利用UG/Open GRIP语言创建了混凝土搅拌车罐体和螺旋线的三维程序,建立的用户界面可生成后锥为双锥或单锥结构的罐体及螺旋线。所采用方法不仅提高了设计效率,还提高了设计的准确性。

Abstract:Accordingtothehelix theoretical calculation formula of the concrete-mixer mixing blades,based on the parametric design, UG/Open GRIP language was used to createthe three-dimensional program of the concrete-mixer truck tankand helical curves. The established user’s interface can generate theconcrete-mixer truck tank and helical curves with the after-cone structureof double cones or single cone.The adopted method not only improves the designefficiency, but improves the accuracy of the design as well.
