摘要:熔融沉积快速成型是一种重要的快速成型技术,针对成型件的成型精度问题,在分析了成型工艺参数的基础上,提出了对扫描速度进行深入研究。建立物理模型并进行网格划分,在ANSYS经典版的基础上,利用高斯热源移动技术,合理的描述出熔融沉积快速成型的形成过程,并进行模拟仿真。仿真结果表明:在成型过程中选择合理的扫描速度可以降低成型件的翘曲变形,是有效解决成型件的成型精度这一问题的途径,这将为以后的实际应用奠定理论基础。

Abstract:Fused deposition molding is an important kind ofrapid prototyping technology. In view of the forming precision of the problem, andon the basis of the analysis of the forming process parameters, it suggestedthat the thorough research on the scanning speed be conducted. Physical model wasestablished and meshing was made. Based on the classic version of ANSYS, usinga Gaussian heat source moving technology, the formation process of the fuseddeposition rapid prototyping was reasonably described, and the simulation was carriedout. The simulation results show that the chosen reasonable scanning speed inthe forming process can reduce the warp deformation, in which way theproblem of molding precision is effectively solved, providing the theoreticalbasis for the practical application in the future.
