摘要:基于传热学理论,采用两点法、三点法、整体法分别计算了钢轨喷雾冷却工艺中的表面综合换热系数,将它们代入计算模型计算出了钢轨的降温曲线,并与实验值进行了比较。计算结果表明:整体法算出的综合换热系数代入计算模型计算得到的降温曲线与实验值接近,更符合实际情况。
Research of the Calculation Methodabout the Integrated Heat Transfer Coefficient on the Surface of Rail in Spray Process

Abstract: Based on heat transfer theory, thecomprehensive heat transfer coefficient on the surface of the rail wascalculated by using the two point method, three point method and the wholemethod in the spray cooling process. Then, these differently-calculated coefficientswere adopted in the model to get the cooling curve ,which is compared with theexperimental value. The calculation results show that the cooling curve by comprehensiveheat transfer coefficient obtained using the whole method is close to theexperimental value and in line with the actual situation.
