03.白云鄂博矿选铁尾矿中铌矿物的工艺矿物学研究

: 本研究配合以铌为代表的白云鄂博资源综合利用流程,选择铌给矿(稀选尾矿)、铌精矿及选铌尾矿为研究对象,研究了铌资源的工艺矿物特性。研究结果表明:(1)铌给矿中铌矿物量只有0.63%,铌矿物以铌铁金红石和易解石矿物为主,其次是铌铁矿和黄绿石, Nb2O5主要分布于铌铁金红石和易解石中;2铌矿物粒度很细,主要集中分布于0.04mm以下,铌矿物单体解离度都比较低,连生现象普遍,连生的矿物种类多而复杂;3)铌尾矿中铌矿物种类与铌给矿相同,只是含量低于铌给矿,矿物主要为硅酸盐矿物,含量70%以上。

Study on Process Mineralogyof Nb-Bearing Minerals of Fe-Separation Tailings in Bayan Obo Oro

Abstract: Theprocess mineralogy of Nb-bearing minerals, such as, the feedings, the niobiumconcentrate and the tailings, was studied for the comprehensive utilization of tailings.The results show that (1)there are only 0.63% niobium-bearing minerals in the feedings, whose mineral phasesmainly exist as ilmenorutile and aeschynite, secondly as fersmite, columbiteand pyrochlore. Nb2O5 is mainly distributed in ilmenorutile,fersmite and pyrochlore; (2) most of niobium-bearing minerals are smaller than0.04 mm in size. The liberation degrees of single niobium-bearing

mineralsare relatively low, and different phases are commonly interlocked; (3) theniobium mineral species in the tailings are similar with the feedings, however,the content is lower than that of the feedings. The main phases exist assilicate, with its content being more than 70%.
