摘要:本文针对包钢Φ159mm机组Φ167规格穿孔顶头的氧化热处理效果进行研究。本试验主要从热处理设备、氧化热处理温度及氧化时间三个方面进行分析,试验得出,在新井式炉中采用980℃的氧化热处理温度以及4小时的氧化时间能明显改善顶头的氧化膜厚度及质量,从而提高穿孔顶头在轧机上的使用寿命,降低成本,提高产品竞争力。

Abstract:Focusing on the effects of oxidation heattreatment of the Φ167 specification piercing plug of Φ159mm crew in Baotou Iron and Steel(Group)Co., the heat treatment equipment, oxidation heat treatment temperature and oxidation time werestudied experimentally. The thickness and quality of the oxide film ofthe piercing plug can be improved significantly when the oxidation heattreatment temperature is 980℃ and the oxidation time is 4 hours by using the new pit type furnace. The service life of the piercing plug canbe improved on the rolling mill, and the costs can be reduced ,with the competitiveness of the products enhancedin this way.
