摘要：本文使用Mn2NiCrMo焊接材料，MAG自动化焊接20MnV材料和半自动化焊接铸钢ZG20MnCrNiMo材料，按照ISO 15614标准和ISO 11970标准的要求，进行了一系列的焊接工艺试验，试验结果满足标准要求；确定了采用Mn2NiCrMo焊接材料焊接20MnV材料和焊接铸钢ZG20MnCrNiMo的MAG焊接工艺。

Abstract: By using Mn2NiCrMo welding materials, the test ofMAG welding automation of 20MnV andMAGsemi-automatic welding of ZG20MnCrNiMo was performed. According to therequirements of the standard ISO 15614 and ISO 11970, the welding procedurequalification tests were carried out, which proves the weld joint satisfactory. Rightwelding parameters were provided for the MAG welding automation of 20MnV and MAGsemi-automatic welding of ZG20MnCrNiMo by using theMn2NiCrMo welding material.
