包钢矿浆管道长寿化研究与应用实践

摘  要介绍了包钢矿浆管道输送系统及药剂投加方式,针对矿浆管道腐蚀磨损速率快的问题,进行了石灰乳矿浆PH值试验研究,结果表明:氧化钙大量流失造成的输送矿浆PH值较低是导致矿浆管道腐蚀速率快的根本原因,通过对矿浆输送系统改造、调整运行方式、优化药剂投加工艺等措施,实现了矿浆管道的长寿稳定运行。

Abstract: Slurry pipeline and system of stuff fling of BaotouIron and Steel(Group)Co. were introduced. Kalk Slurry PH was researched againstthe corrosion of slurry pipeline. The results indicate that thedirect cause of the corrosion was a great quantity of oxidation autuniteruning off the slurry. The corrosion defects could be completelyavoided by optimizing the system of stuff fling processtransforming the equipment, and adjusting the key controltechnology ,which makes the slurry pipeline of Baotou Iron and Steel(Group)Co. durable.
