含铌钢水使用Al-Ca合金还原脱磷的试验研究

摘要:在20Kg真空感应电炉内用铝钙合金对含铌钢水进行了还原脱磷试验,脱磷温度为1823K,充入氩气保护,炉内压力66kPa,采用插入法加入脱磷剂,研究了脱磷剂加入量对脱磷率和钢水成分的变化的影响。试验结果表明:可使含铌钢水中的磷含量降低到0.022%,脱磷率为79.4%,硫降低到14×10-6,脱磷过程中铌含量不变。

Abstract:At thetemperature of 1 823K, the test of reductive dephosphorizationwas carried out on the hot molten steel containing Nb with Al-Ca alloy in a 20 kg vacuuminduction furnace ,whichwas filled with Ar to keep a furnace pressure of 66 kPa. Inserting method was adoptedto add the dephosphorization agent into the molten steel. The influence of theadding amount of dephosphorization agent on the dephosphorization rate and the compositionof molten steel was investigated . The test results show that in the moltensteel containing Nb, phosphorus content can be reduced to 0.022%,dephosphorization rate is 79.4%, and the sulphur content can be reduced to14×10-6; Nb content remains the same during the dephosphorizationprocess.
