数控机床导轨水平倾角测量方法研究

摘要:针对我国制造技术的发展和企业的现实需求,研究基于无传感器信息的数控机床导轨水平倾角测量方法与技术。无传感器测试是相对于加速度、切削力、图像、温度、声发射、位移、球杆仪等外置传感器提取信息的一种方法,深入数控机床伺服控制系统内置的交流伺服电动机编码器、光栅尺、电动机伺服驱动器霍尔电流传感器等测试元件所提供的信息,对机床导轨水平倾角进行测量,实现导轨水平倾角的无传感器测量。与传统的外置测量装置相比,无传感器信号信噪比更高,而且不仅能在空载下测量,还可以在机床加工过程中测量。

Abstract:Aiming at the development ofmanufacturing technology and real-life enterprise needs in China, the testingmethods and technology of NC machine tool’s slideway inclination angular areresearched.Sensors like vibration,temperature, image, displacement, cutting force, temperature and ballbar wereused to acquire the state information. However, the inherent limitations such ashigh cost, inconvenience mounted, and high bandwidth blocked their practicalapplication as the on-line state observation method of high-performance numericalcontrol machine tool driving systems.A kind of sensorless testing method for numericalcontrol machine tool driving system was proposed, in which signals acquiredfrom the built-in sensors such as AC servo motor output torque, the feedbackposition by linear scale and motor encoder were employed to test the slidewayinclination angularbyestablishing the relationship models between them. Compared with the traditionaltesting instrument, the methods can be used not only in no-load situation butalso in machining process. Moreover, the built-in sensor signal had highersignal noise ratio than the external sensor signal.
