摘要:论文首先测得月桂酸钠(SL)与吐温60(Tween60)的临界胶束浓度分别为2.25×10-4mol·L-1和3.05×10-5 mol·L-1。随后运用扫描电镜法、极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱的方法不仅研究了月桂酸钠和吐温60单独作用时的缓蚀效果,还有这两种类型的表面活性剂的复配在2024铝合金在氯化钠介质中的缓蚀性能。分别研究了月桂酸钠和吐温60单独对铝合金的缓蚀效率和共同作用时对铝合金的缓蚀效率,进行对比后发现月桂酸钠和吐温60以5:5的摩尔比(浓度为1.5×10-4 mol·L-1)相混合时的缓蚀性能最佳。
Corrosive effect of surfactants and their mixed systems on aluminum

Abstract: The critical micelle concentration(cmc) were measured by surface tension method, and the results were 2.25×10-4mol·L-1 and 3.05×10-5mol·L-1for sodium laurate(SL) and Tween 60, respectively. Scanning electron microscopy, polarization curves, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy methods were used to study the corrosive effect of SL and Tween 60, and the surfactant mixture in 2024 aluminum on the corrosion properties in chloride media. It was found that inhibition effect of aluminum is the best when the molar ratioof SL to Tween 60 is 5:5.
