摘要: 重轨钢的耐腐蚀性能同其强度和韧性一样,事关铁路运营效益和安全等重大问题。到目前为之,对重轨钢腐蚀问题研究甚少,对其所带来了的经济损失和安全隐患的认识不足,研究开发低成本高性能的耐腐蚀钢轨应引起高度重视。本文简要分析了耐腐蚀重轨钢的需求,总结了耐腐蚀重轨钢的腐蚀环境及机理,综述了国内外在耐腐蚀重轨钢方面的研究开发现状,指出了我国在耐腐蚀重轨钢方面存在的问题和差距,提出了我国发展耐腐蚀重轨钢需要解决的问题。

Abstract: The corrosion resistance of the heavy rail steel as well as the strength and toughness, is a matter of major issues concerning railway operation efficiency and security. Up to now, a few research papers on the corrosion of the heavy rail steel have been published. Understanding and awareness of heavy rail steel corrosion caused by the economic losses and safety hazards are grossly inadequate. And close attention should be paid to research and development of low cost and high performance corrosion resistant heavy rail steel. Herein, the commercial demand of the corrosion resistant heavy rail steel was briefly analyzed, and the corrosion environment and the corrosion mechanism of heavy rail steel were summarized. The problems and gaps of corrosion resistant steel were pointed out on the basis of the review on the status in research and development of corrosion resistant heavy rail steel. The problem to be solved in the development of heavy rail steel corrosion resistance is proposed.
