摘要:采用传统固相反应法制备纳米氧化铝掺杂0.675CaiO3-0.325LaAlO3微波介质陶瓷,研究纳米氧化铝粉体掺杂对陶瓷物相、微观结构和热导率的影响。结果表明,烧结温度为1420℃时,纯组分陶瓷在室温下热导率为5.99 W/m·℃。纳米氧化铝粉体的掺杂使得陶瓷热导率显著提高,当纳米氧化铝粉体掺杂量为0.1wt.%时,陶瓷的热导率最高,在室温下达到9.47W/m·℃。

Abstract:0.675CaiO3-0.325LaAlO3 microwave dielectric ceramics withAl2O3 nanoparticles were prepared by traditional solid state process. Thecrystal structure, microstructure and thermal conductivity of the preparedceramics were investigated. The results showed that the thermal conductivity is5.99W/m·℃ atambient temperature when the sintering temperature is 1420℃. And Al2O3nanoparticlesenhanced thermal conductivity markedly. The thermal conductivity is up tomaximum 9.47 W/m·℃at ambient temperature as thedoping is 0.1 %,.
