11.Research on the bulldozer modeling design based onkansei engineering and fuzzy evaluation method

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of homogenisation of the appearance of medium-sized tracked bulldozers,the innovative design of sty-ling was carried out. Firstly,based on Kansei engineering,the imagery vocabulary is screened by clustering and factor analysis,andmeasured by SD method and Likert scale to establish the mapping relationship between imagery and samples. Secondly,the functionalstructure of the bulldozer is analysed,and the geometric form prototype library is constructed for morphological fusion design. Finally,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to quantitatively evaluate the scheme and verify the objectivity and accuracy of the modelling designscheme. It provides a reference for the innovative design of bulldozer modelling.
