Abstract:
When the rail beam factory of a steel enterprise produced section steel,the gear seat of the main drive system of the UR sec-tion steel rolling mill had a large vibration,which affected the normal progress of production. In order to find the cause of vibration,thevibration test of the gear seat of the UR rolling mill was carried out,the vibration signal was collected,and the test data under the testcondition was analyzed. Then,gear fracture and bearing damage faults are set,and the acceleration signal characteristics under faultconditions are obtained by dynamic simulation and analysis methods. The simulation signal and the experimental test signal were com-pared and found that the signal amplitude and frequency of the two were different,and then the simulation results were verified by dis-mantling and inspection,and the broken tooth fault and bearing damage fault were eliminated. Finally,it was found that the gearbox vi-bration was caused by other faulty excitations of its external drive system. This method expands the fault diagnosis method and greatlyreduces the workload of dismantling and maintenance.
