Abstract:
Rotational osteotomy is the main method for the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head in femoral head preservationsurgery. However,such operation is not easy even for an experienced doctor. The long learning curve and the difficulty of preoperativeplanning ( the position and rotation Angle can not be accurately obtained) are the major problems. In this study,the second develop-ment plug-in of AutoCAD was used to simulate the osteotomy,rotation and other surgical operations in the rotational osteotomy of thebase of the femoral neck. So that it could realize the automatic measurement and surgical planning of the osteotomy position,rotationand correction Angle. The finite element analysis was used to compare and analyze the different stress states of the normal femur,nec-rotic femur and proximal femur models after osteotomy,so as to evaluate the postoperative efficacy and provide theoretical basis.
