Wang Haiyan, female, born in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, holds a PhD and is a professor and doctoral supervisor.She is a member of the ninth batch of"Grassland Talents" of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, a leading young scientific and technological talent in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region higher education institutions, a member of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's "New Century321 Talents" program,a key young and middle-aged talentin Baotou City's "5512 Project," a member of the first academic committee of the Stainless Steel Branch of the Chinese Society forMetals, a director of the Materials Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, a director of the Materials and Digital Manufacturing Professional Committee of the China Society for Technology Economics, a member of the Youth Working Committee of the Heat Treatment Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, a member of the Materials Processing Physics and Numerical Simulation Professional Committee of the Materials Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, a member of the International Federation for Materials Processing Physics and Numerical Simulation, an expert reviewer for projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and an expert reviewer for the Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education. He is the Vice Dean of the School of Materials and Metallurgy at Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, the leader of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Industrial Innovation Talent Team "Efficient Utilization of Rare Earth and Niobium Resources from Bayan Obo Mine in Iron and Steel Materials", the leader of the High-Level Innovation Team of the Key Industry Talent Revitalization Plan for Alloy Materials and Hardware Cutlery in Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province, and the leader of the first-class construction course "Metallurgy and Heat Treatment" at Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology.
